Color Blindness
Chances are you know at least one person with colorblindness, so keep them in mind when designing.
Forms
Deuteranopia: Common form. Cannot receive green.
Protanopia: Common form. Cannot receive red.
Tritanopia: Quite rare. Cannot receive blue.
There are other forms, but this covers a wide base of what you'll encounter.
Next Time You Design
Stay away from using only green and red, not that those colors are a really popular color scheme, anyway...
Use "alt" text for your graphics, especially if you have image maps. You really ought to do this anyway, in case of broken image links or indecipherable fonts.
Make your links stand out. Don't rely on color to be the only visual clue for any part of your site, for that matter.
Keep a high contrast between your background and text. No one will bother reading yellow on orange.
Once you upload your design to your server, do a screen shot and paste it into your graphics program. Desaturate (greyscale) the image and watch if it works without color.
